Ina Pearl Barnett was born September 13, 1893 in Amity, DeKalb County, Missouri.
On June 7, 1914 she married Ephraim Brown in Blythedale, Harrison County, Missouri.
Prior to her death, Ina and Eph gave birth to six children and raised five of them to adulthood. Her children are:
Richard Barnett Brown--Born May 12, 1915 in Lamoni, Decatur County, Iowa
Ardyce Rogene Brown--Born April 9, 1918 in Lamoni, Decatur County, Iowa
Leland Alfred Brown--Born September 20, 1919 in Lamoni, Decatur County, Iowa
Elizabeth Inez Brown--Born January 22, 1922 in Independence, Jackson County, Missouri
Stanton Thayer Brown--Born January 31, 1926 in Independence, Jackson County, Missouri
Emerson Owen Brown--Born May 20, 1928 in Independence, Jackson County, Missouri
Leland Alfred Brown succumbed to spinal meningitis and died on October 29,1920.
Ina Pearl Brown passed suddenly on August 22, 1959 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Granite City, Illinois. Ina was interred at Mound Grove Cemetery in Independence, Missouri.
Ephraim Brown passed at his home on May 24, 1969. He was interred at Mound Grove Cemetery next to Ina Pearl.
